Video Review Promotion Rules

  • How to participate: email us a short video review showing the product in use. Please include your order number and the email used at checkout.
  • One coupon per email: each customer may receive one (1) discount coupon per unique email address.
  • Validation required: coupons are sent after we confirm the submission meets these rules (video must clearly show the product and be relevant to the purchase).
  • Coupon terms: the coupon provides 5% off, is single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Excludes gift cards and does not apply to shipping or taxes. Any expiration date will be stated in the coupon email.
  • Content requirements: your submission must be original and you must own (or have permission to use) all parts of it, including music, images, and footage. If other people appear in the video, you confirm you have their permission to share it for marketing use.
  • Marketing permission (license): by participating and sending us your video (and any photo/text you include), you grant Lovelyza a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display the content for marketing and advertising purposes across any channels (including email, website, ads, and social media).
  • Credits if featured: if your content is posted on Lovelyza’s official social media, we will include credit and tag your handle (your @) whenever possible.
  • Removal requests: you may request removal of your content from Lovelyza’s owned channels at any time by contacting us and clearly identifying the content. You are responsible for providing:
    • direct links to where the content appears, and
    • screenshots showing the exact location of the content.
    We will make reasonable efforts to remove it from our channels, but we cannot guarantee removal from third-party reposts, shares, or cached versions outside our control.
  • Changes & abuse: Lovelyza may refuse any submission that violates these rules or appears fraudulent, and may update or end this promotion at any time.
