If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with clear photos and a clear video so we can review your case.
We respond within up to 5 business days after receiving the required evidence and details. Resolutions follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Issues caused after delivery by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are generally not covered for refunds. If you’re unsure, email support@lovelyza.com with photos/video and we’ll review your case.
Returns & Refunds

Yes, refunds may be approved in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds are issued only after the returned item arrives at the return address provided by our support team and passes inspection.
We do not issue refunds while an order is in transit after dispatch.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Yes, you can request a cancellation only before your order is dispatched.
Once an order is dispatched and in transit, it cannot be cancelled and we do not issue refunds while the package is in transit. In that case, you must wait for delivery and follow our Return & Refund Policy if applicable.

Once your order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Email support@lovelyza.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. If the order has not been dispatched, we may be able to update it.
If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address. In that case, delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may require a re-shipping fee according to our Shipping Policy.
