Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a great experience with Lovelyza. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws in your country.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery of your order (unless local law provides a longer period, in which case the law applies).
2. Important: refunds while the order is in transit
- Before dispatch: If your order has not been dispatched yet, we may cancel the order and refund it upon request.
- After dispatch / in transit: Once your order has been dispatched, we do not issue refunds while the package is in transit. In this case, you must wait for delivery and then follow the return process below.
3. What you must provide to request a return
To request a return, email us at support@lovelyza.com and include:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Product name and the variation received (size/color/model, if applicable)
- Clear photos of the product
- A clear video showing the issue/variation
- A short written description of the reason for the return
4. Review and response time
After we receive your request and evidence, we will respond within up to 5 business days with approval/denial and next steps.
5. Return shipping address
If your return is approved, we will provide the return address. The return must be shipped only to the address provided by our support team.
6. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition (no signs of wear/use beyond what is necessary to inspect)
- With original packaging, tags/labels (if any), and all accessories included
We reserve the right to deny the return if the item is returned used, damaged by misuse, incomplete, or not in its original condition.
7. Exchanges (size / preference)
We generally do not offer exchanges for size, color preference, or style choice. We provide measurements and product details to help you choose correctly. If local consumer law requires otherwise, we will comply with the law.
8. Refund amount and shipping fees
Refunds are issued only after the returned item arrives at the address provided and is inspected and approved.
- Refunds cover the product price only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
9. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on your bank/payment provider.
- If a bank transfer refund is used (when applicable), it may take up to 10 business days after approval. Transfers must be made to an account in the customer’s name (no third-party accounts).
