Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. Lovelyza ships to the address provided by the customer.

If the address is incorrect, incomplete, or missing required details, delivery may fail or the package may be returned. In such cases, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by customer-provided address errors. If re-shipping is needed, a new shipping fee may apply.

2. Processing time (before shipping)

After payment confirmation, we prepare your order (verification, separation, packaging, and dispatch preparation).

Processing time: up to 14 days.

3. Dispatch and tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information (when available) will be sent to the email used at checkout.

4. Delivery time (after processing)

Delivery time: up to 21 days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note: delivery time may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, holidays, remote/limited-access areas, and customs clearance for international shipments.

5. Delivery attempts / recipient unavailable

Carriers may attempt delivery more than once or route the package to a pickup location according to their rules. Delivery updates will appear in the tracking information.

If the package is returned due to recipient unavailability or address issues, re-shipping may require payment of a new shipping fee.

6. Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on the destination country.

If you are charged any customs-related fees, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of payment and documentation. After verification, we will evaluate eligibility and provide guidance on the reimbursement process (when applicable).
